Through this initiative, Universal Inclusion seeks to create a more inclusive future in space by helping talented individuals overcome challenges related to limited access, systemic inequalities, or underrepresentation within the aerospace industry.
About The Universal Inclusion Aerospace Scholarship
The Universal Inclusion Aerospace Scholarship is the first of its kind and focuses on empowering individuals who have experienced barriers to participating in aerospace-related careers.
The scholarship supports students who demonstrate ambition, passion, and commitment to contributing to the future of aerospace and space exploration.
Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including those from communities that have traditionally been underrepresented in the industry.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a student who has historically or currently faced barriers to entering the aerospace field.
- Be studying any major with the intention of pursuing a career in the aerospace field.
- Be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university or college worldwide.
Eligible applicants include, but are not limited to:
- Individuals from underrepresented racial, ethnic, or cultural communities
- Applicants from low-income or resource-constrained backgrounds
- First-generation college students or professionals
- Individuals from regions with limited access to aerospace education, infrastructure, or mentorship
- People with disabilities
- Women and gender-diverse individuals
- Applicants from rural, remote, or underserved communities
- Individuals from emerging or nontraditional aerospace markets
