Starting Salary & Flying Pay

Your pay as an Emirates cabin crew member is made up of three components: a fixed basic salary, an hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.

Basic Salary: AED 4,430 per month

Flying Pay: AED 63.75 per hour, based on an average of 80-100 hours per month

Average Total Pay: AED 10,170 per month (approximately USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280)

These figures are for Grade II (Economy Class) and provide a solid financial foundation for your career. Additionally, Emirates provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

Who We Are Looking For

Emirates is seeking individuals with the following qualifications and attributes to join our cabin crew team:

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service. Your background in these fields will be valuable in providing excellent service to our passengers.

Positive Attitude:

• A positive attitude and the natural ability to provide outstanding service in a team environment. You’ll be dealing with people from many cultures, so a friendly and accommodating demeanor is essential.

Education:

• High school graduate (Grade 12). Your educational background should demonstrate your ability to understand and follow complex instructions.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. The ability to speak another language is an advantage and can enhance your interactions with passengers from around the world.

Physical Requirements:

• Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and a minimum height of 160 cm. These requirements ensure that you can reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types.

Appearance:

• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform. Cosmetic and bandage coverings are not allowed, maintaining the professional appearance of our team.

Adaptability:

• Ability to adapt to new people, places, and situations. Your role will require you to be flexible and open to new experiences.
